Returns & Cancellations

All of our packages go out insured and packaged to ensure claimablility. If your item is received and it is broken. A video of you unpacking and opening the box and pictures to show any damages to the box that might have incurred in shipping is required. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the video and pictures requested. Electronic Devices that have been opened and used cannot be returned. You have 7 days to contact us about a broken item for insurance claim. The customer will pay for shipping and handling on any return items.

Cancellation Policy
